Joseph Bouten (Owner/Tile Specialist)

A highly professional tile setter with over 10 years experience working in residential homes who, at the beginning of 2019, decided to advance his career by becoming licensed, bonded, and insured to work directly with general contractors and homeowners.

​

Joseph's experience allows him to assess any job and formulate what needs to be done to make the job progress smoothly in cooperation with other possible trade workers such as carpenters, plumbers, etc.

 

Joseph has installed tile for:

• Bathrooms - showers, tub surrounds, vanities, floors, ceiling, window/door surrounds.

• Kitchens - backsplashes, floors.

• Laundry rooms - floors, walls, Wayne's coat, backsplashes.

• Fireplaces - surrounds and hearths.

• Floors - entryways, patios, hallways, stairs, and any room.

Though Joseph can do anything tile, some skills of note include:

• Installation of in-floor heating systems.

• Custom cuts & polishing of any type of tile, stone, marble or granite for any pattern or style desired.

• Precision tile demolition for whole room remodel or a small repair.

• Installation of cement board, Dense shield, Hardie board, & Schluter.

• Sealing & waterproofing.

• Custom shower benches, niche boxes, shelves, & shower mud pans.

• Precision custom cuts for metal trim, pencil liners, window surrounds, decorative bands and details.

• Experienced with all forms of grouting including epoxy grout.

With years of experience studying and working within the healthcare field, she has developed many important transferable skills before switching careers that help and support Joseph run their family tile business.

She is passionate about helping our clients with their needs in a detailed and timely manner. If we are unable to provide a service for our clients whether it is because of scheduling challenges or our clients needing a service we do not provide, she does her best to direct our clients to the best people for the job that we would trust and use ourselves.

Keeley handles many office duties including:

• Answering & directing all incoming calls and questions.

• Sending & responding to all email inquiries.

• Setting up all estimate meetings for our clients to meet with Joseph.

• Creating estimates, invoices, & receipts together with Joseph.

• Scheduling all projects in our calendar.

• Creating and managing our website and business accessories.
